We now provide a full EU service, allowing anyone from any EU country to exchange their local driving licence for a Spanish driving licence. Algeria, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Macedonia, Morocco, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Republic of Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, and Venezuela are among the countries we assist.

We can also assist with Andorra, Japan, Korea, and Monaco, but the exchange is subject to special rules, making it more difficult but still possible.
